Comment Colombia's harvestabte opium cultivation probably will be surpassed only byectares this year. The aenal eradication program has sprayedectares since February, but, because of multiple cropping, respraying is necessary and is most effective when the crop is about three months old. Much of (he harvest lost to spraying may be made upombi yields wUHncrease as growers become more proficient.
