of concernne, the Anti-Trust Division of the Department of Justice seemed to be actingpersecution" attitude towards business, and this was charged to the staff rather than the Attorney General. ad mentioned this to the Attorney General and therefore thought the President should not be concerned. Secondly, the tax bill caused concern, most particularly the tax on foreign corporate operations. iscussed my views and heopy of my memorandum which was available in my file. bjected, heopy.

I reviewed the Laotian maps of Januarynd today, and it was agreed that the map as now drafted was somewhatand consideration should be given toap which would show areas of influence, that is. RLG and BC, and also areas of actual occupation. This is to be discussed with OCI by McCone.

I explained to the President steps being taken by the Agency to summarize Soviet intelligence activities andew examples with him.

Advised the President Agency reorganization pretty wellone post, that of Deputy Director for Coordination, open;elt organizational changes had been made without difficulty andhad resulted. The President expressed pleasure at reports he had received on the Agency's recent aclivitiea.

Action: Discuss with OCI the Laotian map revision.
