ORTEGA AND JOSS REVUELTAS SANCHEZ, LEADER OF THE KSPARTACO GROUP, AN INDEPENDBNT COMMUNIST GROUP, HOPE TO INCITE UNTVERSITT STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE HI ACTIVTTIES, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO REPUDIATE PRESIDENT KENNEDY AND TO SHOW THAT HE IS NOT WANTED IN MEXICO.

IT IS DOUBTFUL THAT WORKER GROUPS LN THE FEDERAL DISTRICT WILL ORGANIZE ANY ACTIVITY IN PROTEST AGAINST PRESIDENT KENNEDY'S VISIT BECAUSE NONE OF THE GROUPS HAS SUFFICIENT INFLUENCE.
