OXYGEN, PRESSURIZATION GROUPf THERE IS NO EVIDENCE TO DATE TO INDICATE THAT AN OXYGEN OR PRESSURIZATION MALFUNCTION MAY HAVE

THE OXYGEN BOTTLES WHICH WERE USED

TOAVE BEEN CHECKED AT MINUSEGREES FPURITY HAS BEEN CHECKED AND NO CONTAMINATION REPORTED, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE HAVING BEEN STARTED OR FED BY THE OXYGENHE SEAT DISCONNECT CLOSED THE OXYGEN LINES AFTER SCAT EJECTION AND THERE WAS NO FLOW OF OXYGEN INTO THE COCKPIT BEFORE IMPACT. RECENT FLIGHTS WITH MASKS0 FEET CABIN ALTITUDE INDICATE THAT ADEQUATE OXYGEN VAS AVAILABLE. THEXYGEN CYLINDER IS INTACT. ITS REDUCER AND RELIEF VALVE WERE RECOVERED AND LEAKAGE TESTS INDICATECH LEAKAGE, WHICH IS STILL WITHIN SPECIFICATION. THE OUTPUT PRESSURESI0 PSI INLET PRESSURE WHICH IS ALSO WITHIN SPECIFICATION, MAXIMUM ACCEPTABLESICH. THEYLINDER WAS DESTROYED ON IMPACT. THREE PIECES OF THIS CYLINDER HAVE BEENO INDICATE THAT THE CYLINDER BROKE AFTER IMPACT.

E. FUEL: SAMPLES OF FUEL SIMILAR TO THAT USED ON THIS FLIGHT ARE DETERMINED TOPM SOLUBLE WATER CONTENTPM DISCRETE WATER CONTENT. TYPICAL SAMPLES OF FUEL FROMRE DETERMINED TOAXIMUMPM SOLUBLE WATER CONTENTPM DISCRETE WATER CONTENT. LABORATORY CHECKS OF THE RIGHT AND LEFT FUEL STRAINER-FLOWMETER ASSEMBLIES SHOW NO ENTRAPPED WATER. THE PILOTS COMMENTS REVEAL THAT THE FUEL SYSTEM OPERATED NORMALLY DURING THE FLIGHT, NO FUEL SYSTEM ICING OR MALFUNCTION IS SUSPECTED Approved For

AN ICING CONDITION VAS PREVALENT' AT THE TIME. THE INSTRUMENTS VERE LOCATED IN THE DEBRISt THE FUEL FLOWMETERS AND ATTITUDE INDICATORS ARE BEING FURTHER EVALUATED. THE INERT IAL NAVIGATION SYSTEMNOTS GROUND SPEED. MILES TO GO. BECAUSE OF THE PILOT'S REPORT THAT THE TDI7 MACH, AND INTENSIVE ELECTRICAL AND PITDT-STATIC STUDY HAS BEEN MADE TO DETERMINE HOV SUCH ACOULD HAVE OCCURRED. NO PITOT STATIC MALFUNCTION CAN BE DEVISED TO PRODUCE THE READINGS OBSERVED BY THE PILOT.
