HO AN KIEK Laken the oity of HANOI. These prisoners were being, escortedight-seeing tour of the city by guards in military uniform some of whom spoke English.

A large group of peoplo congregated around the prisoners and began to shout at them and throw rooks. The armed guards protected the prisoners and dispersed the crowd. 3ome of the prisoners appeared to be very frightened by the crowd while others displayed no emotion. Following this inoident, the prisoners were taken across the atreotmall restaurant (in the vicinity of) where they were givon free beer. At approximately 1U5 hours, they wore loadedruck which drove away to the south.

The prisoners looked well, healthy,well drossed and were not handcuffed or bound in any way. uard stated. prisoners vers ofton taken on similar sight-seeing tours in HANOI.
