The POW'a were uninjured and appeared to be in good health. They wero light complected, ranged in heighteters and wwlghod fromoilograms. They had brown hair. Two of the POW's had striped rank insignias on the sleevae of their groon uniforms and two wore Insignias on the shoulders of their shirts.

The POWs were being led southward in tho direction of CAMBODIA by four guards. Their hands were tied at the wrists. The political officer later said that the POWs would probably bo taken to CAMBODIA and, from there, would be flown to NVN by helicopter.

It was cooaon knowledge that NVN used helicopters between NVN and CAMBODIA although he had never seen one. He believed that the POW's would be well treated.
