The Soviet-Czochoalovnk talks in Moscow may be in their final stage, if thoy have not alroady ended. Western press roporta affirm that the meetings hava wound up. pokesman of the Czechoslovak Embassy in Moscow sub sequontly stated that they wore still in progress, but indicated thoy would not go on much longer by saying that the Czechoslovak dologatlon would return to Prague this evening,

A report by tho Rumanian press service earlier today that some occupation forces had begun to withdraw from Czechoslovakia is unconfirmed and doubtful.

The US Embassy in Prague has reported that it has had trouble with tho Sovlot troops and expects more. Someccording tothe Embassy compound this morning but then withdrew.
