2. As has been stated previously, due to the extremely poor quality and lack of definitive features on POWonclusive comparison is impossible to make. To repeat the feeling of this office, Ramsay and POW have caliper linos which appear to start just above the nostril extending to the chin; each appears tolightly jutting chinorizontal indentation under the lower lip; Uplines seem similarhin upper liplightly protruding lower lip. In addition to the above, it is also noted that both individuals seem to have tho same typo of build. On the negative side, Ramsay seems touller and rounder face than POW but tho poor quality of the POW photo precludes an accurate description of POW's face. It is regrettedore decisive conclusion cannot bo made.
