PHYSICAL SECURITY STANDARDS FOR SENSITIVI! COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION FACILITIES
Pursuant to (he provisions oTf the National Security Act7 and Executive, physical security standards for sensitive comparuncntcd information facilities (SCIFs) arc hereby established
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this directive is to establish construction and security protection standards required for all US Government facilities or US Govtrnmtnl-sponsored contractor facilities where sensitive coenparuncnted information (SCI) may be stored, used, discussed, and/or peoccsscd
2 GENERAL

PPLICABILITY
