ARAB STATES: Jordan's King Husayn has expressed UM solo official condemnation fron the Arab world of the terrorists' acts in Munich.
While other Arab leaders remained silent, Husayn in harsh terms denounced the killing of the Israeli hostages as the work of "sick minds" and expressed condolences to the families of the victims. Most other Arab commentary, both from official sources and the media, avoided outright condemnation of the guerrilla tactics and some Egyptian and Iraqipraised the -heroism- of the Black September Organization.
An official Egyptian spokesman, afterany involvement with the commando attack, placed the onus for the loss of life on the West German Government and asserted that German officials had badly handled the situation. The Egyptians havewith considerable sensitivity to West German charges that Cairo did not fully respond to Bonn's appeals for cooperation during the Munich incident. The Egyptian Government has summoned the Germanfor clarification of Bonn's position and announced it would takeirm decision" following the consultations.
