THE NFLSV LEADERS SAIDEW PRISONERS WOULD BE TURNED OVER TO AN AMERICAN ANTIWAR ORGANIZATION IH ORDER TO GET THE MOST PROPAGANDA IMPACT. THE LEADERSPECIFY THE NUMBER OF PRISONERS TO BE RELEASED ?DR DID THEY OUTLINE WHAT CHANNELS WOULD BE USED TO CONTACT THE AMERICAN ANTIWAR GROUP.HE LEADERS DID SAY THAT THE PRISONERS TO BE RELEASED ARE NOW IN PRISON CAMPS INRA TED AREAS" OF SOUTH VIETNAM.
