THE AMERICAN POWS WORE FATIGUE AND CAMOUFLAGE UNIFORMS, WITH NO INSIGNIA, BLACK BOOTS AND NO HATS. EACH HAD ABOUT TWO OR THREE SUCH UNIFORMS.

NOLAN HAD REPORTEDLY ESCAPED FROM THE REFERENCED CAMP, WITH HIS KHMER WIFE AND FIVE-YEAR OLD SON*IN AN ARVN ESCAPEE REPORTED SEEING NOLAN AND HIS WIFE IN AUGUST OR3 IN THE VICINITY OF THIS IS THE FIRST REPORT ON NOLAN SINCE THE3 REPORT OF HIS ESCAPE.
