INCAP Officials Released in Guatemala City

Onugust Nutrition Institute for Central America and Panama (INCAP) officials Carlos Tejada and Richard.e released from captivity after being held almost eight weeks by the Central American Workers Revolutionary Party (PRTC). The officials immediately departea the country. Specific details concerningre not available. VHmt

The members of the PRTC group which held the INCAP officials lacked training and professionalism in terroristeficiency which became evident as events unfolded in the case.
