Soviet Media Commentary
Soviet press commentary on Poland remains muted, that Moscow has concluded from Foreign Minister Gromyko's talks in Warsaw that there is no immediate need to increase pressure on the Poles. ommentary on Tuesday noted that Polandoyaloint made in the communique issued at the end of Gromyko's visit. ffH

Party chief Kania presumably assured Gromyko thatof the Polish central committee plenum scheduled for tomorrow will be acceptable to Moscow. The Soviet press has carried announcements of the plenum, which willpreparations for the congress, without comment. mWM
Warning Strikes
The one-hour strike of dockworkers passed without incident yesterday. The dockworkers are threatening an open-ended walkout beginning onopening day of the partytheir demands on pay and fringe benefits are met. Airline workers are proceedingour-hour strike today.
