I am responding to your letterecember to Mr. Casey. m sorry you found my previous letter inadequate. You seeir to believe we have Information we are unwilling to provide you. That perception is incorrect; the Agency cannot be helpful becauseas in no way involved in Father Carney's disappearance. Moreover, "Col. Vest Blank" and "Maj. Mark Kelvl" were never employed by this Agency in any capacity, nor do we have any information concerning such persons. We thus cannot suggest how you might be put in contact with them.

We understand your anguish and regret we cannot be helpful.
