dvised previously* attorneys from the Criminal Division, Department of Justice have been looking into the sale and retention by Agency employees of the inverted Candleholder and Rush Lamp stamps. Despite our requestuick determination by the Department of whether or not to prosecute, an attorney from the Criminal Division has informed us that, as of yet, no decision has been reached and that he is not able to predict whenecision might be made* currently, the Department is discussing whether or not the Federal Bureau of Investigation should be brought into the investigation* As soon as we are advised of the Department'sill notify you*
