The Information Services Division <ISD) hasearch of its system of previously released documents, frequently referred to as ORIS, and was able to locate previously released material pertaining to former Panamanian General Manuel Noriega and Jose Blandon. ne-page document pertaining to General Noriega and three one-page documents pertaining to Jose Blandon are attached at Tab A. The three documents pertaining to Jose Blandon were released by the Office of Public Affairs pursuanton-FOIA request.

2. We were unable to locate any documents pertaining to the following individuals described in the references (Tab B) referred to above:
