WITHESSETH
Government of the uKITBD STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter gallod "theepresented by the undersigncd-Contractine Off
Employee").
1. The Employco shall faithfully perform all duties which may
assigned to him by tho Contracting Officer or hie authorized representatives.
2. The term of employment shall be from the effectiveays after the termination of hostilities between the United as proclaimed by the President of

3. The Government further
(o) To compensate the Employeealarymonthi
furnish facilities for, or pay the cost
of, all travel by the Employee necessary to the performance of his duties hereunder;
the event of the death of tho Employee as aaccident or illness caused by the perfot

of tne Employee, the sum or (OSS, Ada. Instthe Employee, agrees, on
behalf oWiimself, and all claiming through or under him, will be Sn'oomplete satisfaction of all claims against the Government which may arise out of this employment, including the Unitod States Employees' Compensation Acts amended) and the War Pay and Allowances Acte.nd all other statutes now or hereafter enacted.
4. The Employee further agrees:
(o) To subscribe freely and without reservation to any Oath of Office prescribed by the Government.
(b) To keep forever secret this employment and all information which ho may obtain by reason thereof (unless released in writing by the Government from suchith full knowledge that violation of such secrecy may subject him to oriminal prosecution under the Artielss of War, tho Espionage Acts amended, and other applicable laws and regulations.

All factual dlsputos arising hereunder shall be decided byOfficer, subject to written appeal within thirty (SO) daysEmployee to the immediate superior of tho Contracting Officer;meantime shall diligently proceed with the performance ofhereunder,
(b) Wherever the torm "Contracting Officer" is used in this agreement, it shall include tho presont Contracting Officer and all successors in office.
