(b) To keep forever secret this employment and all information which he may obtain by roason thereof (unless released in writing by the Covornmont from suchith full knowledge that violation of such secrecy may subject him to criminal prosooutlon under the Articles of War, the Espionage Acts amended, and other applicable laws and regulations.
