SUBJECT: Radio Operator of Operation Fedalo

This operator, known as Vincent Park, is to be parachuted, alone, In the Munich area,oint to be fixed, where he will be receivedommittee arranged by hie Chief, Riohards, of Fodala.

The date of flying him in will therefore depend on arrangements made by Richards, after the latter is in the field.

Vincent is to arrive in London by Fobruary 1st, as soon thereafter as flying weather permits. He will be escorted by Mr. William Clark.

Ho should be put through patriotic school.

He should also bo "chocked out" at radio school, since he may be somewhat stale.
