Th* JMSIC cannot recommend additional vorklng committees until the members of thia committee have had time to review and diecuae an outline of medical Intelligence proposals for consideration. Copies of the subject papers were received today and will be distributed to the members.

^The Chairman of tha JMSIC received unofficial notice that Dr. Arthur Turner wee selected by. of the Army, to serveegular member of the committee Instead of Dr. Louisoodruff who will eorve aa the alternate member.

Official approval of this change will be appreciated. Dr. Turner hae been adequately cleared.
