subject: Recommendation for Creation of Separate Medical Intelligence Positions tlithin The Armed Forces Intelligence Organizations.
The JMSIC recommendseparate Medical- Intelligence billet, or slot, be created within the intelligence organizations) of eaoh of the three armed services.
It is further recommended that the proper location of the position within these organizations would becientific Division or Section or Branch, (according to the nomenclature in each armed service) inay that each of the three services would have its own Medical Intelligence Officerosition and level comparable to that of the' Medical Intelligence Officers of the other two services.
It is further recommended that provision be made for direct, free liaison' between Medical Intelligence working levels of the three armed services, and CIA.
