r. Wiener has written note on it to Colonel King J as follows:
"Will you please discuss with Mr. Barnes tho question whether It might not be well to give publicity In our own-inspired propaganda, if not In fact VOA, to the reports of this and otherealize that if the reports of these killings are entirely untrue propaganda could boomerang, but If we are reasonably sure that there had been some killings 'by guards', there could betory and it could not be completely discredited by the applicable government and rather would put that government on the spot. Think what the Communist press would do with such an issue.
