It mill be recalled that at thsugust meeting of the PSBf General Cabell having attended forecision was taken

to go forward with the PBFORTIINE (revised snd redesignated PBSUCCESS) prograa, and to accord to it an extremely high operational priority. It is ay understanding that this was tho meeting which flashed the "green light" to us andpursuant to your sufgertionT have already taken up with George Morgan the matter ofuitably sterilised entry made in the records of thet particular meeting.
