The first of these entitles should be made-up of antlooaaunist Mexicans, as in many cases it would have to aim at ths problems of socio-political nature of their country. The fuadamental objective of an organization of this nature, will be to paralyse any action that tho moxlcan communists would want to realizeouray. Another objective of this organization will be to reply to any public attack that mexican Individuals ormay launch against our campaign. These being the fundamental objectives, this organisation would have to have the support of the mexican anticotanunlst organizations and, especially, the National Confederation of Students.

STAGE II Intensifies the attack against communism andommunist governaent, pointing out its destructive action in the moral, social and economic orders and will focus the* forceful criticism on all the acts of the publicn ths misery it has brought to the country; misery of which the working class has received the strongost impact, the crimes committed, the vandalism and tho administrative pillage, the fraud, the nobbery, the corruptive action, the anarquy, the dictatorship, the tyranny and the dospotion, the ridicule of tho oasses, the squandering of State funds, the neglect of public health and social security, etc. All the defects should be uncovered, naming those repennible.
STAGE III will be oriented to urge the people to take action against all those responsible for the state in which Guatemala finds itself, so that they will take up arms to overthrow the government, punish the guilty, andompletely andommunlsm -lending trust, faith and aeourity to the manses, of the high ideals and generous proposaal that incite the men who direct and carry out the revolutionary movement.
