The channel established is through General Groves Ersklne, Assistant Director of Defense in charge of the Office of Special Operations. General Ersklne reports to Roger Reyes and heads up psychological and unconventional operations for Defense.

In Ersklne's absence, Mr. Wlllian Godel la, Room. Colonel Brad Smith has been assigned by Mr. Godel to supply support Information requiredontinuing basis. His phone,, Room. Colonel Smith is presently reportingontinuing basis to WH through
