The memorandum consists of five questions and answers. It is not known who actually prepared the questions, but lt is believed that they may have been prepared by the United Fruit Company personnel for propaganda ourposes since WQ_obtalned the subject material fromthe United Fruit Company. The identity of tne person wno prepared the answers is containedeparate communication.
The material in the attached memorandum should be changed from its present form ln order to protect source and to conceal any possible connection between this station and PBSUCCESS elements which may be utilized in releasing the material.
