It is requested that Hqs. and Guat Stationearch for signatures and photos of target officials, especially those of cabinet level, the army, labor leaders, and the police, whom we consider obstacles to PBSUCCESS. Also needed will be bonafide samples of target CP membership cards,of leftist groups, specimens of target postal cancellations in the form of rubber cachets,upply of target postage stamps along with weight/rate information.
It is further suggested that these materials be assembled at Hps. and that LINCOLN be sent an inventory of materials available, in order that we mayith Ramon's aid) drafts of the proposed artifice, forward then to Hqs. for reproduction, whence the finished product can
be returned to LINCOLN or otherwise sent on its way.
u. As the initial job, it is suggested that Hqs. produce an originalhotostatsarget CP membership card issued to the Chief of Police of the target country. This CP card would be exploited through CRUA, EL REBELDE, CEUAGE, FAGE, EL CCHEATS, and possibly through otlier media.
