AHGEL, yesterday. The Ambassador said that he hadelephone call the night before from the Colombian representative inenor ORDUZ (phonetic). He told the Ambassador in double talk that he vas very concerned about information he had picked up that the Guatemalans had certain evidence that they are going to use at tbe OAS Conference. The Ambassador instructed ORDUZ, if he considered lt sufficiently important, tolane and come to Washington. He is doing so and will arrive In Washington tonight.
