Those organisations have been selected on the basis of their extensive contaots and their ability to propagandise effectively. In addition It la believed that thoy will respond favorably to PBSUCCESS groups. Sobs of the organisations are KUGOVN controlled and others have responded favorably to past KUGOWN actions. It is believed that the use of this list will not endanger KUGOWN If the initiative is taken by PBSUCCESS.
