bort account of tho first Meting of tbe underalgnod with JUVIA II. Since tbat time four other aeetlngs bar* been held, and lt may be noted tbat the questions of personal danger to hia and hia family and the honor of bis Hard because of promises made to ERRATIC have not been raised. JUVIA II has indicated by word and action that he will continue to work with us.
Upon receipt ofonsideration was given to several different means to approach ERRATIC. It was decided after consideration of all tho factors involved that tha beat approach was through JUVIA II and that he could be relied upon to effectively convey to ERRATIC tha contents of that message. We believe tbat he didincere attempt to have ERRATIC join CALLICE IS and doubt that anyone else would have mat with better success.
3* It should be appreciated by all concerned that JUVIA II, atofspent an enoraoaa amount of tlae and effort in
working with ERRATIC. It is obvioua that he waa and ia highly impressed by ERRATIC, as are many other persona in this country who have personal knowledge of the man, and that he acceptsarge degreeriticisms of CALLIGERIS. JUVIA II does not pretent to be truly objective. There ie do indication up to the present that JUVIA ii has engaged in this projectiew toward possible later personal gain; hia motivation ia believed to be entirely patriotic.
U. There wero certain very obvious mistakes made in the handling of ERRATIC, moat of which stem from "promises* made to hia duo toand without proper authority. This situation, however, was not
tha fault of JUVIA IT, but was due to Instructions relayed to JUVIA tx
