It was stated to bo more expedient aadto oreanlze the new telephone systems so that direct communications, exist between the farms and tho Machine Tractor Stations, with the latter eon-ntctsd to the regional centers, rather than tho previous method of coernialea-tiona between thf farms and Machine Tractor Stations only through tho regional contsr. Particular attention la being paid to tho establishment of radio-ith outlying farms and MTS1 situated in'the newly exploited virgin lar.di wiere there is insufficient development in wireline communications.
