The General Staff of the united Front is now headed by Bay Vien with La Van Tat, the prinoipal Cao Dai general still following the ordere of the Cao Dai pope, as second in coEmand. An earlier report that the Binh Xuyen leaders bad sent their wives to Franceesult of the present crisis ia probably unfounded. Bay Vien's wife left before the crisis became acute, hie mistress and most other Binh Xuyen wives are still In town.
