Dear Allen,
entopy of my letter to Henry Luce about the Orlov article, you may be amused to read Mr. Luce's answer, copy ofnclose.
Louis Fisher confidentiallyxtracts from the secret Khrushchev speech to the Party Congress about Stalin. It was incomplete and did not give the full picture. According to Fisher, this text came to the United States through the Yugoslav Connunlst Party.
I am most anxious to read the full text of the speech which may be very helpful for my analytical workhall be very grateful to yououldopy of it in case you have one.
Best regards.
Sincerely yours,

Dear Mr. Moore:
Inraediately upon receipt of yourave sent it back across the ocean to ray principal assistant, Mr. C. D. Jackson, and have asked hin to get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Your criticism of the Orlov story seems most convincing, and i3 therefore distressing. ope that somehow or other you may be mistaken in this case. On the other hand if we have beenwe must try to correct the recordand more than that to bring to light the full and true story of the whole dirty Russian business.
I regretid not nanage toerious talk with youeftew weeks ago. ook forward to having this talk tho end of May. o hope you will be as helpful as you can to Mr. Jackson.
Since
ycurs.
HY R. LUCE
