| Tl-the contact owns a 2004 toyota echo. while stopped in traffic a vehicle driven 40 mph crashed into the rear of her vehicle. the crashed caused her vehicle to crash into the vehicle in front of her vehicle. she stated the seat belt did not function properly she stated her face went forward and knock the rear view mirror off. she stated she had bruises on both hips from the seat belt force. she had injuries to her eye, a fractured orbital bone, a fractured nose, bruised rips, a bruised tail bone and lower back, whiplash to the neck, nerve damage to the right side of her face, burns on the inside of her left arm, bruises on both legs below the knee. a police report was filed. she stated the vehicle was destroyed. the approximate failure mileage was 145,000. vwb | |||
