Sister Souljah has written a new novel 'The Coldest Winter Ever' that reflects her experiences growing up in a Bronx ghetto. She is not concerned that whites will perceive her work as a story about black stereotypes. She is more concerned about her inner city work with black and Latino children, and hopes that she can continue to be an influential spokeswoman and artist commited to changing life for ghetto youngsters.
