Article Abstract:

Economic developers should go out of their way to learn real estate appraisal concepts because such are based on economics principles. Real estate and its valuation consider several characteristics. Among these are scarcity, improvements, investment and its long-lasting effects, area choice and physical factors such as fixed nature of land, its indestructibility and its uniqueness.

Rare and rarer

Article Abstract:

Color-change variety of diaspore, first found in Turkey, is being mined commercially under Zultanite. The gem is promoted for its brilliance and earthy hues that change in various lighting conditions and range from brown to greens and pinks in color. This variety of diaspore is rare but, the gem-quality painite is rarer, only 25 known cut stones have been found.

Surveilling maskirovka

Article Abstract:

Russian 'maskirovko' is rooted in Arabic 'maskhara' or clown, relating to 'mask.' The Russian term means disinformation, or concealing. The verb 'surveille' meaning 'to watch over' was used in Oklahoma bombing stories. 'Palindrome' refers to the dromedary or running (back and forth) camel.
