Weight watchers always rely on food labels on prepackaged foods to decide the amount of calories they take but very often most of these food labels only mention number of calories per serving and not per package. Most packaged foods contain an overdose of sugars or fats, and ignoring label readings will only derail the diet process and add unwanted calories.
