Women have always faced the problem of juggling too many tasks at the same time including maintaining a healthy lifestyle, working to supplement the family income and above all staying fit and healthy. Real life experiences of women who managed to lose weight despite a rigorous domestic as well as work schedule are featured and looking at how these women shed weight one feels really inspired to emulate their feats.
