Only one-third of Americans eat the recommended minimum intake of five fruits and vegetables daily. This unnecessarily puts many Americans at risk of developing certain cancers. A listing of 16 suggestions to meet this minimum requirement without adding calories is presented.

Article Abstract:

A beginning skier describes skiing instructions at Steamboat Springs, CO. 'Fat skis,' or skis that are slightly wider than normal, were used to enable the skier to stay on top of the powder. Aside from the feeling that skis should have brakes, the instruction went well.
