Article Abstract:

The French are known for many things and featured is the exceptional quality and appeal of the country's chocolates. Chocolatiers claim that the industry in France rivals ones that of Belgium and Switzerland with its unique flavour of cocoa bean which produces quality chocolate bars. A brief history of how chocolate arrived in Europe is given as well as recent talks of changing the ingredients list for the amount of cocoa required per batch which could drastically alter the flavours.
