Article Abstract:

Provence Restaurant in Washington, DC has reopened after closing for several days when its main chef and co-owner Yannick Cam was ousted by his partner Savino Recine. Recine took a 52% majority of the restaurant and hired new cooks upon the recommendation of Napa Restaurant chef Jean-Louis Palladin.
