Article Abstract:

The turn of events in Bosnia and its capital Sarajevo is a throwback to the post cold war chaos and much of the strifeEs are due to the fact that people of different ethnic backgrounds were forced to stay together. After the breakup of Yugoslavia, which was negotiated by the outside world, the country is in the process of picking itself up and rebuilding viable states from its meager resources.
