Donald Trump, owner of the Trump Organization, and his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. are erecting Trump International Hotel and Tower, a 92-story skyscraper of pricey hotel rooms and condominiums that will be one of the tallest residential buildings in the United States. Donald Trump Jr. has majored in real estate finance and marketing and he believes that working with his dad is more than merely a business apprenticeship.

Two of Chicago's most luxurious hotels, namely Avenues and Ritz-Carlton, have experienced the turnover of their top chefs. Avenues has enjoyed success with its new chef, Graham Elliot Bowles who had replaced David Hayden and earned three and a half stars at Avenues, whereas, Ritz-Carlton's executive chef George Bumbaris left the hotel to open his own restaurant.
