Mark Weinberger, the former top tax official and a former Capitol Hill staffer who is working with Ernst & Young talks about the tax returns, the advantages and disadvantages of a flat tax, saves incentives and others. He claims that flat tax is simpler both to understand and to pay and it also encourages saving but people still complain in those countries where it's been implemented.
