Pizza can be made from fairly soft dough, which is about 1 tablespoon yeast to 4 cups flour. Toppings may vary from cooked brocollis, anchovies, roasted red and green peppers, diced tomatoes, etc., then toast for 15 minutes in a 500 degree oven.
