The enthusiasm behind deer hunting is discussed and the gun .444 Marlin that is used for hunting is detailed. The .444 Marlin can push a 240-gr. bullet to a muzzle velocity of 2350 f.p.s, the only problem being its use of 1:38" twist rate in barrels.
