Article Abstract:

Don Drew has been hosting his radio show for 12 years in an environment far from anything that resembles country-western life. His work in meteorology with the National Weather Service brought him to Juneau in 1976. He got his first chance to work for local KTOO in 1980.

An eye for eagles

Article Abstract:

Petro Star Inc hired a biologist to organize plans to protect bald eagles nesting near its new refinery, which is under construction. Observation of the birds during mating season showed the refinery caused no disturbances of the eagles.
