A poll was conducted to find out which airlines and hotel chains around the world offer the best services to satisfy the consumers. Respondents claimed that the airline industry has finally shifted from being supplier driven to consumer driven and also rated Peninsula Group as the favorite hotel chain in both North America and abroad.
