Article Abstract:

Gray's Creek in Copper River Highway provided a relaxing fishing experience back when the place was virtually undiscovered. Some people prefer to keep the Million Dollar bridge linking the creek to the rest of Alaska, and others want otherwise. Over a million tourists visited Alaska between May 1996 and April 1997.

Avid recreational fishing in Alaska takes the form of ice-fishing, wherein fishermen poke holes in the ice over lake waters and angle for trout. Catching a trout brings enough challenge for the recreational fisher to brave the cold Alaskan weather.
